These terms explain how we do business, in line with UK consumer law.

1. Who we are

2. The art

  • We do our best to show colours accurately, but every screen is a little different.

  • Sizes are approximate unless otherwise stated.

  • Ownership: When you buy a physical piece of art from us and we’ve received full payment, the physical item becomes yours to keep and display.

  • Copyright: We, the artist, keep the copyright and all reproduction rights to the artwork (unless we agree otherwise in writing). This means you can’t copy, reproduce, sell prints, or use the image for commercial purposes without our permission.

  • For digital products: You are purchasing a personal-use licence only. You can download and use the file for your own personal enjoyment but not share, resell, or reproduce it in any form.

3. Prices & payment

  • Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT if applicable.

  • We can change prices anytime (but never after you’ve ordered).

  • Payment is taken securely at checkout.

4. Shipping & delivery (physical items)

  • We deliver to the UK.

  • Delivery times are estimates, but we aim to send orders within 1-2 working days.

  • Please double-check your delivery address — we can’t be responsible for parcels sent to the wrong place.

5. Your 14-day cooling-off period (physical items only)

  • If you’re in the UK, you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind for any non-custom physical item.

  • To cancel, email us within 14 days, then send the item back within another 14 days.

  • You pay return postage unless we made a mistake or the item’s faulty.

  • Custom/commissioned art can’t be returned unless faulty — UK law allows this exception.

6. Digital products – no refunds

  • All sales of digital products (including downloadable art) are final.

  • By purchasing a digital item, you agree that your 14-day cancellation rights end immediately when the download link is provided.

  • This is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Refunds (physical items)

  • If your physical item is faulty or not as described, we’ll refund or replace it at no cost to you.

  • Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving your return.

8. Copyright

  • All images, text, and designs on our site are protected by copyright.

  • Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use our work without written permission.

9. The legal bit

  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
